Over the last days have been snowing in Myvatn area. This picture was taken February 28. View to Stong in Myvatn

From Námaskarði in Mývatnssveit, the picture was taken 22.júní Guest from Eucador, Braden and his wife close to one of the geyser.

We drove about 80 miles and the whether was very fine and the wiew from the mountein beutiful. The picture is taken from  top of  Sellandafjal. The Wiew is south to moutneins. Wiew south in to Bárðardalur. Picture is taken from Rauðafell. Aðalsteinn Dagsson "the Mountein men" kliming op to top of  Kálfborg.

This picture was taken from Dimmuborgir the 1.nov. It was fine whether and snow.

Seen between Bláfjall and Sellandafjall, towards Herðubreid.   As can be seen on these photographs, taken on Desember 26th 2007, there was not much snow this Christmas. Snowmobile owners are rather disappointet and can only polish their snowmobiles while hoping for some snow.
